Meet the Team

Tammy Stanton, LMSW, Licensed Master Social Worker

Tammy earned an undergraduate degree in psychology from Clayton State University and a graduate degree in Clinical Social Work from Walden University. She is an Anger Management Specialist and certified through the National Association of Anger Management.

Her professional experience has allowed her to become effective with adults, couples, and individuals by providing tools on how to navigate through life’s unexpected and difficult transitions. Her areas of expertise include co-dependency, anger management, anxiety, depression and relationship challenges.  Her clients commonly are looking for a judgment free zone and someone to finally hear them.

As a licensed therapist, her passion is: empowering clients to embark upon the journey of self-discovery, partnering with them on their journey of  healing from a traumatic past to transform and transition to a new awareness. Her preferred method of therapy is cognitive behavioral therapy supported by methods of mindfulness.

Rene’ Wiggins, LMSW, Licensed Master Social Worker

She is currently practicing under the direction of Teresa Silva.

Her clinical expertise is rooted within her work with couples. Bringing awareness to the intentions, actions and behaviors within one's relationships, understanding how to communicate effectively with one’s partner, and assessing how to mitigate and select what is best for the union is her strength.

Additionally, she has expertise in working with mood disorders, self-limiting self-perceptions and substance abuse. She provides her clients with the tools to empower and take control of their circumstances. Her therapeutic style and approach addresses the whole person.
